P-EBT Extension Flyer
It is very important that the application forms are returned to the office no later than December 14th so that they can be submitted to the School Food Service Program Office by December 15th. Applications can be picked up from the office (refer to the weekly family bulletin for office hours). The extension will provide additional benefits for the months of August and September. The additional benefits are not being loaded on to existing cards, instead new cards are being issued to all families who previously received P-EBT and meet the criteria for the extension of benefits.
