Congratulations to the Pom/Dance Team for their success at the 2015 Sharp National Competition in Las Vegas, NV. The Cougars won 1st Place in Hip-Hop, 1st Place in Show Production, 2nd Place in Pom, and 2nd Place in Lyrical Dance, and received the large trophy for Most Enthusiastic. Let’s give it up to the St. Eugene Cougars!!!
St. Eugene won third place in overall, and third in the super quiz at the Deanery 16 Academic Decathlon held at Junipero Serra High School on February 21st. In individual competitions, St. Eugene students earned first place in math and science, and third place in English and fine arts. The team was coached by Dr. Celynda Kingsby and Ms. Songye Parker.
